    LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are supporting an award-winning creative marketing agency with the recruitment of an HR Administrator based in Leeds (hybrid working).


    This is a new role within a busy HR team, designed to support the HR Advisors/Manager with administrative matters across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding through to exit. The team offer a full generalist HR service to a growing business of around 400 employees.


    This will be a varied administrative role, and will include tasks such as the below:


    • Managing the HR inbox, responding to queries, and assigning to the team where appropriate
    • Management of HR system - able to advise others on its use (once trained as a 'superuser'), enter and maintain accurate content and generate data output as required for reports
    • Drafting, creating, and revising documents and letters (often using templates), including contractual variations, salary documentation, optional benefits amendments, offer documents for new starters
    • Custodian of all of HR documents, including policies and procedures, maintaining the brand and house format at all times
    • Maintain HR and employee records (manual and digital filing systems)
    • Co-ordinate information provided for internal communications including internal newsletter
    • Help collate the monthly payroll documentation - including changes to salary, job titles, etc
    • Assisting on general administration, that may include recruitment and L&D activity

    We're looking for an extremely organised and conscientious administrative professional.


    This is a vibrant company/sector, and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels is required. Personality and approachability is key in this industry sector! Marketing Agency experience is advantageous, although not essential.


    Full time hours are preferred. Hybrid working is offered - with preference of minimum 2 days per week presence in the Leeds City Centre office.
