Learning & Development Business Partner

Badenoch and Clark are supporting a leading law firm with the search for a Learning & Development Business Partner.

We're seeking an experienced L&D professional who will embed a performance culture through learning and development to help the business drive sustainable growth through their people.

You will help the business to maximise the capability of people and identify opportunities to increase development and engagement. In line with this you will be responsible for the design and delivery (or sourcing the delivery) of appropriate training for best practice and performance across all levels of the business; this is likely to include:

• Leadership training and development
• Technical skills
• Softer skills development
• Regulatory requirements and training (SRA, AML, other industry specific)
• LMS

Previous L&D experience is essential; although industry specific experience is not required.
