    My client is seeking a conveyancing paralegal or Part Qualified Legal Executive; to join a friendly and professional team for a Legal 500 firm within Warwickshire. This role has been created due to a growing and developing residential property department. As the successful conveyancing paralegal or Legal Executive you will have a strong background in residential property and will be looking for long term career prospects.


    The main responsibilities of this role will be to:


    Manage a caseload from instruction to completion but also complete work with assistance when necessary.


    You will be confident when using case management systems, carrying out filling and time recording efficiently.


    Possess the ability to be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and undertake any necessary training.


    To be able to manage relationships with clients in a confident manner.


    Have experience of general conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, leaseholds etc.


    Report to the Head of the Department and undertake any further responsibilities required.


    Person Specifications


    Strong Academics at GCSE and A-Level or the equivalent. You may also hold a 2.1 degree in law or an alternative subject along with a GDL. You may also be completing you LPC part time at paralegal level or be a part qualified legal executive seeking qualification. (These requirements are however only a guideline so if you do feel you meet the other requirements please do apply).


    Experience in conveyancing matters and dealing with a caseload from instruction to completion.


    The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.


    You will be organised as well as possessing impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
